Holcim Sanctuary is a shallow La Union reef with caves and tunnels that works well for beginner divers and relaxed reef exploration. The site mixes coral, rock, and blue-water edges, so the dive is mostly about moving through pockets and looking for reef life rather than covering depth. Seasonal clarity matters, but when conditions line up the water can be impressively clear and the reef is easy to read. Turtles, macro critters, and schools of reef fish are the main draw.
