Royal Garden is a Balicasag coral-garden plateau with a relaxed slope and enough structure for macro-focused dives. Turtles, frogfish, nudibranchs, triggerfish, barracuda, tuna, and reef fish all show up around the coral edge, with the best action coming as you work from the sandy entry toward the richer reef slope. It is a guided boat dive with a calm feel, but Balicasag access rules and a light current still make local planning important.
