MV Produce, wreck
MV Produce is a Norwegian bulk carrier wreck that sank on 11 August 1974 on the pinnacles of Aliwal Shoal. The vessel was 168 m long and was carrying molasses when it went down. The wreck sits with a maximum depth of about 32 m on sand and is known for sightings of the rare Harlequin goldie, a species endemic to the KwaZulu-Natal area.
