South Point site description, depth, access, and safety guidance.
South Point
Remote deep wall at Boulder Island.
Local operator required
Trips are run through Boulder Bay Eco Resort by boat and guided divemasters.
About South Point
South Point is a remote deep-water site at the southern tip of Boulder Island, with a steep drop, coral shelves, and a lot of open Andaman Sea exposure. It is usually run as a guided boat dive from Boulder Bay Eco Resort, and the draw is the chance to see stingrays, white-tip reef sharks, and other reef life around a clear offshore wall. The site is more serious than a casual swim stop, so current planning and certification matter.
