Hallsands is a gentle shore dive about 30 miles east of Plymouth. It is described as suitable for novices and training dives while still offering interest for more experienced divers. Underwater, the area features several reefs broken up by sandy patches. Divers can also see remains from a former coastal village that was abandoned in 1917.
