About Oro Verde Wreck

The Oro Verde Wreck is a broken artificial reef off Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman. Scattered wreck pieces, engines, and rusted metal sit over a sandy bottom, and the site is known for jacks, barracuda, parrotfish, goatfish, eels, octopus, lobster, rays, and turtles around the wreck. Divers can reach it from shore with a long swim or visit it more comfortably as a shallow boat dive. It is a calm-water wreck where buoyancy and attention to loose metal matter more than depth.
