Noonu Atoll thila with tiered ledges, sharks, and macro life.
Vavathi Kurolhi / Christmas Tree is one of Noonu Atoll's signature thila dives, named for a stacked pinnacle that rises in tiered ledges. The reef wraps with overhangs and swim-throughs, with coral cover that holds both macro life and bigger fish. Expect sharks, rays, jackfish, and dense reef traffic around the structure. It is a boat dive best planned with a local operator or liveaboard when conditions are settled.
