Kreidesee Hemmoor - Einstieg 1 is the most-used shore entry on the quarry lake, following the old access road into the flooded mine. The shallow section is set up for training, then the route can continue toward the Rüttler, mine relics, and deeper quarry scenery. Expect cold freshwater, little or no current, and visibility that can drop near the entry when courses and day traffic stir the bottom.
