Shallow reef and rocky outcrops with an easier bay, a drift-prone west side, and calm-window access for novice-to-intermediate divers.
About Koh Khrock
Koh Khrok is Pattaya's closest near-island reef, a compact finger-shaped island with shallow reef habitat, resident turtles, and west-side drift sections. The bay side is the easier line, while the outer reef can move with the tide, so it works best as a calm-window boat day when you want simple logistics and a little current.

Local Intel For Koh Khrock
Community notes to help plan your visit.
Scuba Diving
The bay suits easy reef diving, while the west side offers a longer reef line and drift potential when the tide is running.
Freediving
The shallow bay and calmer nearshore reef make the site workable for calm-day freediving, but the current-prone west side is better left to scuba or very experienced freedivers.
Snorkeling
The shallow bay and anemone-garden areas work well for snorkelers on calm days, but the west side is not the easy snorkel line when the tide starts to run.
