La Francesa Shallows is a Cozumel reef drift with a coral ridge, sandy cuts, and enough structure to keep the route easy to read as the current moves you along. It is usually run as a boat-based second tank and works best for divers comfortable with a guided drift, steady buoyancy, and attention to changing water movement. Expect a colorful, fish-rich reef with macro life and occasional larger visitors.
