About This Dive Spot

Taravana Cave is a wall dive on the outside of a cave system leading toward Mao Mao Arch, with depths reaching 30 m and beyond. The cave entrance is large and sits along the sand line, and the walls are covered with fans, sponges, and other filter-feeding life. Diving inside the cave should be limited to qualified cave divers, as the environment extends beyond the light zone. The outer walls are a good area to search for nudibranchs and Splendid Perch, and the cave mouth features dense growth.
