Sirru Faru Dhekunu Kang
Shaviyani's deep gorgonian overhang dive
Short-boat Shaviyani Atoll dive with deep overhangs, gorgonians, and a depth profile that suits experienced scuba divers.
About Sirru Faru Dhekunu Kang
Sirru Faru Dhekunu Kang is a short-boat Shaviyani Atoll reef dive with a deep, current-aware profile and a clear experienced-diver bias. The site combines coral blocks, ledges, and long overhangs on the upper slope with gorgonian growth and open blue-water exposure, so planning should favor calm windows and confident buoyancy control. Nurse sharks, stingrays, eagle rays, turtles, and mixed reef fish are the usual draw.
