Roca Roja is a dive site between Platja d’Aro and Palamós, defined by a rock formation spanning roughly 8–30 m. Two pinnacles are linked by rocky sections cut by a pair of small canyons. Marine life around the sandy bottom can include lobsters, moray eels, and wrasse, with seasonal chances of seeing tuna passing through or an ocean sunfish.
