The Gutter is a rocky entry point for dives at Bass Point. Divers jump from rocks into about 4 m of water, then swim north to a rock at around 10 m depth, from where you can explore multiple nearby areas or remain within the gutter itself. The site is known for abundant marine life, including nudibranchs, grouper, frogfish, cuttlefish, squid, and occasional grey nurse sharks.
