Plomin is a short boat run to a sloping rocky site with walls and overhangs; plan on calm, structure-focused scuba rather than a casual surface swim.
About Plomin
Plomin is a short boat dive from Rabac on the outer edge of the bay, where steep cliffs, a shallow rocky anchor area, and a sandy slope set up a wall-and-overhang profile. The dive is all about slow, structure-focused exploration on the rocky faces and ledges, with the best conditions coming on calm sea days and a good buoyancy check.

Scuba Diving
Boat-first scuba site with a shallow rocky start, a sandy slope, and wall and overhang sections that reward slow, controlled buoyancy.
Freediving
Not a freedive-first site; treat it as an operator-supported boat dive and only consider breath-hold diving if conditions are calm.
Snorkeling
Snorkeling value is limited compared with the scuba profile; the stronger terrain sits on the slope and walls below the surface.
