Passe exterieure Boulari is the outer side of Nouméa's Boulari Pass, where an incoming current starts a guided drift into the channel. The site is at its best when you want clear lagoon water, fast-moving fish life, and a route that leans more on tide timing and buoyancy than on a static reef loop. It is one of the signature current dives in the area because the outer pass concentrates sharks, rays, and big schools of fish.
