About Sharky
Sharky is a boat dive off Saint-François, reached on the open-water run between Pointe des Châteaux and La Désirade. Expect a rocky plateau with overhangs rather than a coral garden, with nurse sharks and mixed reef life using the shelter. It is best planned as a guided exploration dive for calmer days, when the ride and the water stay more manageable.

Scuba Diving
Best suited to guided scuba from a boat. The rocky plateau and overhangs reward steady buoyancy and a slow look into the sheltering ledges.
Freediving
Not the primary use case for this site; the boat approach and open-water exposure make scuba the better fit.
Snorkeling
Not a typical snorkel target; this is better planned as a scuba boat dive.
