Toguan Bay
Toguan Bay is a shallow reef dive with several small caves cut into the coral. The site follows a river channel out to the reef edge, then continues south along the reef. Depth ranges from near the surface to about 60 feet, and it is described as easy to access from shore near a roadside landmark.
