Zenisu

An offshore dive area made up of three reefs in the Izu Seven Islands region, located southwest of Jinzu Island. Access is remote and requires a charter boat, with long one-way travel times depending on departure point. The reefs are known for very large concentrations of fish, including schooling migratory species and large numbers of butterflyfish. Encounters may include sharks and green sea turtles, and there are reports of whales in the area.
