About MarMar
MarMar is one of the major reefs of the Farasan Banks, located about 48 km from Allith. The reef’s eastern side forms a very steep slope that begins at the surface and drops into very deep water, with caves and caverns along the reef structure. A northern plateau area is known for strong currents and is locally nicknamed the “washing machine.” Divers may encounter a mix of reef fish and pelagic species here.
