Castle Rock Cape Town is a rocky False Bay shore dive built around kelp-covered granite boulders, gullies and swim-throughs. The inshore section is sheltered enough for relaxed exploring on calm days, while the outer rock lines and pinnacles add a more open, route-finding feel. It is a strong cold-water Cape Peninsula site for fish life, nudibranchs, seals and other reef dwellers, but the real planning constraint is the shore access.
