El Poris is a sheltered shore dive in Porís de Abona on Tenerife's east coast, entered from a pier with steps and a low-tide rope. The site combines shallow rock and seagrass with easy training-friendly access, and the underwater cracks, ledges, and sand patches attract turtles, rays, octopus, cuttlefish, barracudas, and seahorses. It works well as a calm-water, all-levels outing when boat traffic stays light.
