About Piti Channel
Piti Channel is a shallow shore dive on the Cabras side of Piti Bay where a dredged channel, reef flat, seagrass, and sandy bottom create a very different feel from Guam's outer-wall sites. Divers usually enter from shore near the power plant and work the channel toward the underpass and mouth, making it a strong fit for slow macro hunting and night dives when conditions are calm. The tradeoff is moving water: the channel can funnel current quickly when incoming tide and outer surf push water into the bay, so an easy entry can become a current-sensitive exit if timing is off.
