Rocky Top is a shallow patch reef in Islamorada with large coral heads, purple gorgonians, and a mooring ball that makes it easy to line up a dive. The reef is packed with fish, with resident turtles, sharks, and rays moving through the coral heads and sand edge. It is also one of the healthiest coral sites in the Upper Keys, so the dive feels alive without needing a deep profile. Snorkelers can use the top of the reef, while divers get the best value from a slow look along the coral and sand boundary.
