The reef reaches a depth of approximately 15 feet at its highest point, with sandy areas ranging from 20 to 25 feet deep, making it accessible for both divers and snorkelers. It is recognized as one of the healthiest coral sites in the Upper Keys, providing a rich habitat for various fish and larger marine species such as sharks and rays.
