Sprat Hole is a calm west-end St. Croix reef with sand patches, cleaning stations, and an easy slope that rewards a slower boat dive. The shallow reef is beginner-friendly, but the sandy flats still hold turtles, stingrays, morays, and plenty of juvenile fish. It works well when Frederiksted waters are settled and you want a relaxed reef that still has enough structure to keep every pass interesting.
