Abu Hashish is a reef system south of Hurghada with a shallow plateau, a wall option, and seagrass pockets that keep the site varied from one drop to the next. Most dives start from a mooring or drift line and are worked back along the reef edge, so it feels more like a guided route than a single fixed profile. It suits newer divers when conditions are calm, but it still rewards patient reef watching for squid, octopus, turtles, rays, and other Red Sea life.
