About Reijin
The MV Reijin was a Panamanian-flagged vessel with a crew of 22 that had traveled from Japan and unloaded 250 cars in Leixões before running aground in the early morning of April 16, 1988 due to an unbalanced cargo. The site is dived as a wreck and is known for typical local marine life around the structure.
