Toyapakeh Wall
Current-sensitive Nusa Penida wall with coral terraces and big-life chance.
Local operator required
Toyapakeh Wall is a current-sensitive boat dive where timing and route choice depend on local tide and guide judgment.
About Toyapakeh Wall
Toyapakeh is an intermediate dive site with an average depth around 25 m and sections that reach about 30 m. Conditions commonly include good visibility of around 20 m and water temperatures ranging from 22–29°C. The site is known for variable current conditions, as it lies in an area where currents can change direction and intensity during the dive. The dive typically begins along a wall that gradually transitions into a sloping reef, with a predominance of soft corals in the upper sections. As the dive progresses, the reef becomes more structured, with sections of short walls and shoulders adding topographical variety. In the final part of the dive, several boulder formations (bommies) appear, often densely covered with marine life and acting as focal points for fish activity.
