Hondaafushi Faru is the house reef around Hondaafushi Island, reached from the west-side jetty and best treated as a relaxed resort reef with plenty of structure. The route starts in shallow lagoon water and moves over boulders, small caves and reef slopes, so the dive stays easy to read but never flat. Certified divers can work it after orientation, while the shallow side also keeps the site useful for snorkeling. Expect shark and manta chances, plus napoleon wrasse, frogfish and reef fish around the edge.
