This southern pass in Mayotte is described as one of the area’s most impressive dives, with frequent encounters with large marine life. At around 25 m there is a cave where divers can pause and observe the action in the pass. Sharks are commonly seen here along with groupers and schools of snappers and sweetlips. With luck, eagle rays and manta rays may also be present.
