About Passe bateau nord
Passe bateau nord is a northern Mayotte pass where the current sweeps a productive reef edge and the deeper water beyond it. It is a boat dive for experienced scuba divers, with shark sightings, eagle rays, snapper, and other big-fish encounters, and it rewards nitrox planning when the operator extends the run. The pass shape means the dive is usually a moving-water profile rather than a stop-and-stare reef tour.
