Scuba Diving

Koh Bida Nai works as an easy reef dive on calm days, but many divers remember it for shark patrols, stingrays on sand, and current-sensitive wall sections around the island's outer edge.

Freediving

Shallow reef tops and sheltered coral patches can work for calm snorkel or breath-hold sessions, but the outer wall and current-exposed corners are better left to scuba divers with a guide.

Snorkeling

Shallow coral areas make Koh Bida Nai one of the more approachable snorkel stops around Phi Phi when sea state is calm, though the stronger wildlife action is usually deeper along the dive route.
