TERU KAZE MARU
Teru Kaze Maru is a 35 m long Japanese submarine hunter that sank on September 24, 1944 during a US air raid east of Sangat Island. The wreck lies on a slope, with the bow starting around 4 m and descending to about 20 m. The structure is described as relatively intact, with a few small holds suitable for limited penetration. It is well covered in corals and is known for rich marine life and macro life, with frequent mandarin fish sightings.
