City of Washington (Wreck)
City of Washington is a historic wreck on Elbow Reef that sank in 1917 after striking the reef while under tow. The site is heavily deteriorated, but the overall hull and keel outlines can still be made out, with debris spread across roughly 325 feet. Marine life reported at the wreck includes barracuda, moray eels, and nurse sharks that have been hand-fed for many years and may show little fear of divers.
