About This Dive Spot

This site on the Salinas Reef features a rugged cliff wall that starts around 6 m and drops to about 35 m, where it meets a sloping sandy bottom. Large boulders lie in front of the wall and are covered in sponges, and the northern section includes a deep grotto that extends beneath the reef at the base of the wall. Schools of fish shelter along the steep walls while pelagic predators patrol the open water. Moray eels and nudibranchs can be found among the jagged rocks.
