Shore entry at Fuencaliente with clear water, strong-current risk, and a volcanic route that drops quickly once outside the bay.

About Las Cabras

Las Cabras is a volcanic shore dive in Fuencaliente, formed by the 1971 lava flows and known for black lava, arches, tunnels, and striking visibility. The sheltered bay makes the entry manageable at high tide, but the route quickly becomes more exposed and current-sensitive outside the cove. Expect black coral, rays, tuna, groupers, morays, and other reef life against a dramatic lava landscape. It suits confident divers who are comfortable with changing sea conditions and a guided beach entry.
